This course assumes that you have a basic knowledge of Spanish in settings such as daily routine, personal information, pastimes, shopping and minor ailments, as well as an awareness of some of the basic rules of the language within those contexts.
The aim is to extend your vocabulary and develop your familiarity with these basic rules in situations in which you might find yourself in a Spanish speaking country. In the class, you will be given the opportunity to speak, listen, read and write Spanish.
