This exercise class includes flowing exercise sequences, stretches, some balance work (with the help of our chairs), breathing techniques and mindfulness. The aim is to balance our energy system with awareness and to cultivate calmness within ourselves. Modifications are offered where necessary and the possibility to progress is also offered. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle exercise.
Physical Activity - Light intensity, heart and breathing rates are hardly different from when sitting or standing.
Physical Agility - Minimal level required.
